"WEIGHT OF THE WORLD" TAURUS FILMS KICK-STARTER

I just went in order of how these played out.
I am a sucker for the underdog.

I like to help out the little guy so crowdfunding a Hollywood project like Veronica Mars is out of the loop.
That's why it hurts more when the little guy lets you down.
He is supposed to be one of us.

The tattoo guy was a Facebook friend who promised all the money was going into camera equipment.
He did have some pretty promising Wonder Woman footage produced.
So I bit and helped him out.
Then I found out where my money went.
Funny, I was just about to introduce him to SWM.
Glad I didn't.
We don't need his like around here.

Thanks for all the responses guys. It's actually a learning curve for me in terms of this kickstarter setup and maybe there are a few things I could approach differently in future. Making the movies, that bit I can do but I'm new to the crowdfunding Idea so hearing all of this feedback is incredibly useful to me so thank you.

I wanna just address a couple of points to hopefully put some minds at ease.

I think a concern people have is wether they are going to get what they chipped in for and on time? I've made sure these perks are things I can and will deliver in line with the production and will assure you if the project for some reason doesn't get made you will receive your refunds.

I think it was mentioned that the one actress was too good to be true. As good as she may be she is True and is signed on for the project, fitted for the costume and ready to go.

I can start with saying that I haven't chipped in any money to this project, but I have a weak spot for TKS films so it's not too unlikely I'll support before the funding campaign is over.

Anyhow, I just read through the script and think that the ending could be more thought thru. As it is now it felt like a cop out to me. Atla's decisions seem more based on luck than any characters actions.

I would fix it by either find a way to attach Atla to the <object> or have the separate parts stronger than the whole.
I kept my suggestions a bit vague here to not spoil if someone that planned to buy it doesn't want to know, hope my suggestions are still clear.

I know my input shouldn't have too much weight since I haven't contributed but I hope it still will be considered.
Anyway good luck with this project and I really look forward to see the finished product.

Hello, first of all wish to all U.S. folks a great 4th of July. Second, I was just looking how much funding is developing, and today they have about 540 GBP, with 12 more days to the deadline.

I'll try to contribute with something more this month, the pound turned a little bit more attractive since the Brexit, let's make an xtra effort.

a) if the film doesn't get made for any reason you will be fully refunded, so have no fear of your investment
b) The GBP is awful currently so now is a great time to put some cash in if you're not from this country

d) If you pre-buy the film now you save money on the actual release

Already donated! One suggestion: You have to streamline your presentation a bit. The script is to long to easily read. Just give a general plot overview of the scenes you plan on shooting. Showcase your talent so everyone can see your starlets and what they will be getting. Right now you have to move around to much to see pictures of your stars.

EXTENSION AND CASTING ANOUNCEMENT

We've had a few exciting developments in terms of casting  and things. I've also been called abroad for a brief stint with work for a couple of days and so I've decided to give the campaign a few extra days in case people we on the fence/forgot to donate or can be swayed into funding with these announcements. This is the final deadline and won't effect the production schedule.
