WW Production Reports & Photos

There some pictures on the 3/31 link that appear to show her fighting Darth Vader and The Tin Man. I wonder what that is about?
*** SPOILER ALERT *****
In the chase seen -- on Hollywood Blvd -- she runs between and through a bunch of impersonators, among them Darth, Tin Man, and Marilyn Monroe. In the original script, it also called for her to run into a WW impersonator also!

I hope they cleaned up the corny dialogue from that leaked audition video. This show seems to have serious momentum behind it now so I hope the script still isn't the same as the leaked one.
I hope The Tin Man and Darth Vader are super soldiers in disguise and that is why WW is beating them up.

I'm with you. I was critical at first, but she's beautiful and the costume I'm getting used to.
Can't believe she's the pregnant girl from "Legion".

Here's some PopCandies.com footage of her taking out the Tin Man and Vadar, if interested:

Hollywood Blvd Day 3 Report
===========================
-- Fight/chase scene filmed indoors (some mall) and outdoors (street)
-- Adrianne was limited with shooting due to a twisted ankle the night before (this was confirmed by WonderboyLb after an extra that was working on the set posted this yesterday). her involvement in the scenes will be reshot later
-- They filmed a "lasso" scene with no lasso (presumablby will be CGI'd later). She uses it to take down a bad guy and subdue him
-- They had a couple of rigs working to simulate her super leaping down a flight of stairs
-- Nice "finishing" shot of WW standing over bad guy with her foot on his chest in a "victory pose" (thought to mention this based on a recent Victory Pose thread )
-- According to Wonderboy, the shooting schedule reads: "spoiler from the shooting schedule "interior, themyscira penthouse in the change room WW gets ready for battle...zip zip, snap snap" Translation: Costume change montage, no magical transformation/spin
As for the last point, somewhat disappointing, but maybe they wanted to save budget/time....if memory serves, the first two episodes of WW didn't have the "blinding light spin". That wasn't adopted till episode 3....
Thanks to WonderboyLB for a lot of these via his twitter account at twitter.com/wonderboyLB

Yeah, I saw this late last night right before bed. She looks like she just runs over them during the chase and doesn't really "fight" them. However, getting in WW's way as she chases the bad guy does not seem like a good idea...

If the actual show contains the elements described in the pilot script then this is going to be a bomb of epic proportions.
Someone please reassure me that someone has said that the script has undergone major revisions...please...

I think it was naive to think they'd throw DEK's in the can and start over, but hopefully there has been some substantial "tweeking". Signs already point to SOME tweeking, but the question remains how much...

After looking at all the pix and clips, as far as I'm concerned, Adrianne Palicki is Wonder Woman!

BOLD statement, indeed! But one I'm starting to believe the more and more I see her in costume as well! Hopefully, the script or timeslot won't sink her!

There's loads of stuff that could go our way yet!
And look at Smallville...we're lucky she is in costume...those Smallville fans have been gagging for a costume shot for 8...9....years now?
Fingers are still crossed and I'm sure there will be stuff I don't like but it isn't all bad so far...

One major feature of this costume that's miles above Carter's is that this one doesn't look like she's wearing a full diaper. A beautiful woman for sure but, sometimes those shorts were very unattractive.

Are you for real? Have you seen the pictures of her in costume? At least looks wise, she is Wonder Woman.
Now if the show airs and the dialogue is anything like the spec script, then I will say that her attitude is not Wonder Woman, but you can't knock her looks.

That's the thing about casting an iconic character like WW—you're never going to please everyone.

Please stick the "other WW" and youtube vids in a separate thread. Let's try to keep this thread confined to the WW Pilot Production
