At first I was worried the show would not keep its steam from the first episode ~ but I'm thrilled with how this is turning out. This is going to be an amazing first season, I just hope they start building in things to extend the story beyond (24 and its fits and starts is a turn off.) I like a multi season arc (granted it leaves me screaming for blood when the show is canceled prematurely).
It’s a gritty drama, with some intense characters, and a long term story line. It’s got some super action in it.
I hope they don’t go too far on the X-Files/Paranormal side, but so far so good.

Guess what? This show does have an uber girl in it. I haven't watched it yet but I heard their is a character who has a split personality or some sorts, that when she is in bad girl mode she aquires super-strength. There was a scene on yesterday's episode where she through a guy through elevator doors.

Is she actually uber? I saw the episode too, and while she's probably somewhat strong to overpower the henchman, it didn't appear to be something a normal human couldn't have done.

I don't think a normal human could put a shoe heal through a guys scull ~ granted she didn't do it ~ only threatened ~ but I don't think we've seen her full potential yet.
In episode two she did tear one of the guys in half… :shock:

which to me is not as super as not even being affected.

Looks like Niki/Jessica does a nice lift of her father in the next episode according to the preview....also, if you pause that TIVO just right, you see an interesting hint of the "secret" of the Nik/Jessica saga....
