Thought I would try one of those pics a day threads. Only a month, but we'll see how it goes.

Having recently come across pictures of many fine dancers for NBA teams, during research of course, I thought that some of them could do with superpowers...

Annika is in her third year on the Lakers dance squad. Her favorite food is sushi and in her spare time she enjoys throwing basketballs made of depleted uranium through skyscrapers.

Whitney used to dance for the Lakers, but now dances for the Celtics. She enjoys being shot at with heavy machine-guns because she says the bullets "tickle".

So our NBA mascot wears an "S" superman t-shirt on it's fuzzy chest once in a while during time outs and halftime. I've been waiting for the day the chear squad comes out doing so too. For most of the games they have a new dance routine and different outfit. I've searched and found nothing where a pro cheer squad has done that and someone has taken a picture. You'd think with all the "Supergirl" / "Superwoman" songs out right now someone would have done it.
