Real Supergirls

Someone had this kind of thing on their website at one point, and I relaly loved the idea. I would like to use this thread to show true-to-life superwomen.

(Hopefully this thread won't tank like the other's I've tried. LOL.)

My first entry is a video from www.crossfit.com. It's called "Nasty Girls". Now to really appreciate this vid, you need to see the end. So if you just can't wait, download it and skip to the second half.
