We remember Anna from My Super Ex-Girlfriend. She always had amazing legs, but she's been working out lately, getting into the best shape of her life. Not to mention to dressing a bit exotically when going out for coffee.
I suppose since she's playing the lead role in an upcoming movie about a Playmate, she's trying to get the Starbucks customer reaction to better refine her Playmate role. Whatever.

Personally, I think Anna's ubergirl quotient has gone up, both due to her improved fitness and these outfits. (Although this look is closer to a Velorian than a Kryptonian.)
