sharon best/shadar?
At least, I think that's what happened. Are these stories still available to read somewhere?

Oh Sarge, I've been here for a while, but I mostly just lurk. I always want to contribute to the workshops, but I never seem to have the determination or motivation or creative surge to write something.

There isn't a lot of action in this first section as this is where the concept of a Velorian was first introduced, so there is a lot of self discovery. and too much exposition. Remember, this was before the ubergirl genre really existed, so I was introducing a new concept back then.
I was also trying to sort out the concept of badgirls, supergirls, femdom, body building and homages to the Supergirl comic books. Were my characters going to look like super bodybuilders or supermodels. etc.

Perhaps these stories could be hosted by superwomenmania.com or some other nice people? I'd offer if I knew how any of this worked.

It's got a lot more action and plenty of ubergirl misbehavior in it.
This was first posted in 1997... almost ten years ago now. A lot of concepts of Velorians and Arion command structure and culture, not to mention the Elders and Diaboli, were being worked out back then.
This is chapter 15 in a series... let me know if there is interest in the previous chapters.

We'd be happy to host the text portion at least of your back-catalogue of stories here at SWM.
Drop me a PM if you'd like to discuss it further...

As a teaser, here's a NSFW picture of Xara. She's the daughter of Kara of Velor, the Protector assigned to Earth. Kara assumes the identity of Lisa Banks, the CIO of a large drug firm where she is secretly working to create new classes of drugs based on alien technology.
Daughter Xara is half Velorian and half Galen, a race we now call Geheimites, or Kryp'Terrans. She's far more powerful than a Velorian, although at this point in time she hasn't figured out just how powerful. She goes by the name Dani Banks when she's in school, and her boyfriend is an ordinary guy who is in the process of learning that Dani is anything but ordinary.
As you can see from this NSFW picture (you saw her from the backside while in uniform in the picture posted above) she's triying to explain a few things to her boyfriend, Neil. Bright eyed, very blonde and with that golden Velorian skin tone, this Girl of Steel obviously doesn't need the usual... support.

The two chapters I posted earlier today ahd been polished and improved and mellowed after 1998.
So, with some trepidation, I've decided to post the Adventures of Aurora series in its oldest living incarnation. These stories had a few tweaks in 1996 and 1997, but nothing since. I wince a bit as I read this older material, but for those who want to see the AU as it was in the beginning, here it is, unadulterated and unimproved. The only thing missing is the graphics, but they weren't all that great back then anyway.
This is Book One, Adventures of Aurora. There are six other series that were written between 1994 and 1998, but this should keep you busy for a while. Assuming you like it.
The actual stories are under Tales of Aurora.
Interestingly, the background of the AU circa 1997 is also available under What is Aurora. While the history of the Supremis has been tweaked bunches over the years, this is how it read in 1997. Also unadulterated.
Note there are links on the menu page to stories on servers that no longer exist and reference in the stories to writers who have long moved on to other ventures. Names of Janissa, Tex Beethoven, David, Byl, Mike, Imurill. Janissa and Imurill were the first real female writers for the AU. Lots and lots of co-authoring back in those days. This was before the second generation of writers, Mac and Toomey, came on board.
