Good stuff on the list. 'Friday' isn't quite a superwoman, more like a bit between a normal woman and Dark Angel. Because it's Heinlein, lots of polyamory/polygamy. Also, the opening sequence is heavy peril, including some nasty torture. Fair warning. Or fair advertising for peril fans.
The 'Super What?' and 'Super Sixteen' books are tween fiction, but cute, reasonably written, and a fun look at a teenage supergirl discovering her powers and trying to fit in.
The John Zakour/Lawrence Ganem series, 'The Zach Nixon' stories, are really awesomely written. The series follows the case files of Zach Nixon, the last private detective on a future Earth, and are a great mixture of classic pulp & sci-fi with tons of well-written comedy. All the books have superwomen in them; quite litterally in the second book .I highly recommend the entire series and there's 3 more books out now.

I've only read the first of the 'Zach Nixon' stories - 'The Plutonium Blonde' - but it's good fun.
It's not a novel, but there is a recently published non-fiction book called Supergirls . I haven't read it yet, but it received a positive notice in Entertainment Weekly.
My own magnum opus - 'The Adventures of Quantum Girl in the 21st Century' - exists only in my own head and some outline chapters on my laptop. The world breathes a sigh of relief about that, I'm sure.

Also, I picked up Supergirls by Mike Madrid through Amazon. Haven't read more than a few pages yet. A non fiction history of fashion, feminism, fantasy and the history of comic book heroines.
I was expecting a picture book but it's all text.
