For Sarge

She dropped from the sky to land in front of the first tank in the column, facing the children who had gathered in the street in a futile attempt to stop the invaders. The mighty tank rolled forward, the driver intent on running her over, only to crash to a sudden stop when the front of its armored hull hit her tightly rounded backside. She didn't move an inch as the tracks spun, kicking up clouds of dust, the young girl from Krypton easily resisting 70 tons of Russian tank and its thousand horsepower engine.

The tank behind swiveled its main gun and fired into a building to the left of the children, the explosion collapsing the building into the street, dust billowing over the terrified kids. To their credit, they stood their ground as they were covered in grey dust.

Turning around, Kara angrily grabbed the front of the first tank, sinking her fingers deep into the armor-grade steel as she lifted it off the ground to toss it through the front of an abandoned building. Then, rising into the air, she floated directly in front of the second tank, watching as its main gun swiveled to aim directly at her. Surely the tankers wouldn't fire on her.

But they did, the 120mm anti-tank round exploding against her belly to send her flying backward two blocks to finally crash through the front of a ten story brick building.

She emerged from the human-sized hole in the wall, shaking her head, blonde hair flying, her red and blue costume torn to shreds, the middle of her body glowing a cherry-red. She looked a little dazed. She now understood what the Ukrainians had said to her when she arrived. The Russians weren't going to stop, not for the children and not even for her. It was time to end this.

She flashed back toward the tank, fists clenched, reaching Mach 3 just before her fists clanged against the hull of the tank that had fired on her, her power and inertia greater than any weapon, a quick upward thrust with her arms ripping the turret from the tank in a single blow. Then on to the next tank. And then the next, ripping all the turrets from the column.

It was time to end this threat, once and for all. No Russian tank in the Ukraine was safe.

By nightfall the tank columns had fled back across the border into Mother Russia, and Kara was helping the Ukrainian soldiers mop up the remaining insurgents. It was time for peace. Or else.

Very nice, Sarge. I like the way she's bursting OUT of the tank. Makes her look even more powerful, which is saying a lOT.

Searched my Supergirl/Manips folder and found slim pickings there as well. 1,240 images to look through. Fun while it lasted though.

Couldn't resist fixing the overly generous skirt on Sarge's otherwise awesome Supergirl and the tank image... Supergirl is famous for more than her physical powers.

Her extremely short skirts have a power of their own. <wink>
