Constantine

I loved the imagery of this movie. I also loved the plot and the storylines.

However, and maybe this is because I'm used to watching a certain type of movie, the pace seemed to be a little off. The movie would seem to slow down to a crawl, then pick up to a dead run, then go back down to a crawl. As a result, I found myself a little bit bored at times like I was waiting for something to happen.

I won't be as hard on it as the "official" movie critics are, but I would give it a B- to a B.

being a big fan of the original comics (you know the ones where he was british, smoked and swore all the time) i have a nasty feeling that the film will make me cry.
Much like the trailer for Minority Report did.

The best scene in the flick, from an "ubergirl" (uber-angel?) perspective, is when Gabrielle blows Constantine across the room. Too cool, and exactly what we don't see enough of in the movies, if you ask me.
