Next Update: We are working hard on ramping up for filming before it gets really cold.

What it will have: I probably have enough "in the can" right now to put out a new short, but it's just a bit too short for me to be okay with the value so I wanted to film more and advance the story.

The short after that: will get into the costume you are seeing parts of, the why, the how, the motivations etc.

We also did some shooting with a new stronger girl recently. Some of you are going to like her I think. I enjoyed working with her. She's been wanting to do a shoot like this for some time now it seems and had fun. Not as big of a fan like Michaela was ~ but she fits the role, she knows it, and she wanted it.

Looking forward to your next short Random. And the new, "stronger", girl sounds cool. Look forward to seeing her

News Update: Shot on Setp 20, 26, 27th.

The 26th and 27th were full days of Mindy Marvel shooting.
The shoot on Sept 20th was a short day with a new girl to the PSW lineup.

I've been doing FX work for Mindy Marvel Pt 3 in my "spare" time all week long. I'm up to 20 scenes with some kind of work done in the various effects programs I use. Most of MM3 was shot a while back, but I felt it was too short so I wanted to wait until I had more shot to be able to release it at a longer length with more content.

That new footage I'm working on getting off the camera this weekend during those times I'm not editing.

Next rendering is all of the FX work. Cutting the video in a non linear editor. Sound. Sound FX. Titles. Compression and package.

I hope to have the costume appear at the end of MM3 ~ it all depends on the timing and flow of things ~ if not it will be the main feature part of MM4.

I'm very excited to see what's in store, not only for Ashely and "Mindy" but what you have planned for your new addition to PSW. I've been able to find some more pictures of her on the web and she's perfect for pretty much any role you have.

The cat is out of the bag on DeviantArt.com so here is the last of the "preview" pictures I had planed to post of the costume before it went live. Even if you've seen the full one this still might be fun to see as a behind the scenes.

I can now confirm that the length of the Mindy Marvel Pt3 has been extended and the costume will appear in it after all. The extension has resulted in a bit of delay because I had to FX Edit some more scenes.

I got the last of the FX for the new length done last night. I've finished trimming for "pace." Sound and titles are next. Then "box" and release!

Just hold tight a bit longer ~ I've been slammed and doing sound takes a fair bit of effort when you do it as close to "right" as possible like I try to.

I can't resit...



I'm really proud of this little action sequence... ...it's up there with Super Michaela on the complexity of the effects and filming set up.
