America's Next Top Model, except the girls are competing for the chance to become a superhero rather than a model. Obviously.
At the start of the series, 15-20 girls are all given superpowers - say, about half that of a Kryptonian. They have superhuman strength and speed, but not Supergirl level. They can fly, but not very fast/high. They're tough and heal quickly without being completely invulnerable, so they can still be stopped if they decide to go bad. Whoever wins will get their powers boosted all the way and becomes a superhero - and whoever loses has theirs completely removed.
Or maybe they let 4-5 girls win and become a superhero team. Whatever.
Anyway, over the course of the series the girls have to learn how to use their new powers, and see if they have what it takes to becomes America's Next Top Superheroine. Woo!
Thought it might make a good interactive maybe, cos we could each have our own girl to root for...only they wouldn't all make it, so maybe not...
