Hi all,
I've created a gallery to show how it could look with all the galleries restored, I've used some Instagram images as content, it's only a test and not to be considered permanent, there is some work to be done on size and layout but it should you what could be done,
The software gives me the ability to pull images from Facebook, and Picassa so galleries can be created from there as well, it also has a Youtube option so we can create a video gallery as well.
The cost for all this, just my time, the software is free.

Looks good! Would need categories or tags or something, but I like the layout and it seems to be loading pretty quickly.

Tags are an option that I've not used but are there and can be edited, each category can be added, tagged and given a specific user and can be owned by them.

I'm enthused about this. I've been trying to follow the #supergirl tag on Twitter, FB, Instagram, google/bing news and image searches/feeds but even instagram is a little slow to get through the "new" images sort and there is a lot of stuff not directly related to what I'm looking for. I'd given up on pintrest, youtube, and flicker.

The most basic tagging I would look for to sort ubergirl-related images is 1. Photos/Photo manipulation, 2. Renders, 3. Drawings. It also seems like a photos sub-tag for Supergirl TV show images would populate pretty quickly 
.

Looks good.
The only thing I can think of as a problem is bandwidth usage. Could get pricey.

Hi Fats. Do you have a link to the galleries section? As I can't see it on the mainframe. (Also got a couple of new shots from CF's Kim that I will add).

FYI, it's only barely visible in Safari on iPad in landscape orientation - way off to the right and mostly cut off.
In portrait orientation, both the Gallery and Discord links are cut off.

How are thoughts about sequential images? I remember some scanned comics in the old gallery and I could imagine that some original work could fall into that category too. In these cases it would make more sense to be able to flip through the pages as was done in the old slideshow galleries. Maybe there could be a different layout for these kind of image collections?

Njae, are you thinking of one of those online comics where you click the bottom corner and the page rolls over to the next one?
If you are I know that the software will not do that, but I can look and see if there is an alternative that will.

Yes, that was what I had in mind. But anything that lets you watch the images in detail and in sequential order should be fine.
