There ain't that many of us, but what can ya do?!

Though the video was certainly enjoyable for its own (ahem!) reasons, I have to say I found it disapointing at the same time. For the most part, Playboy seems to see the superheroine as little more than another sexy costume to be stripped off. Of course there's nothing wrong with that, but it lacks vision. The only superheroic thing she does is change costumes with a variation on the Wonder Woman twirl. Good as far as it goes, but where's the superhero attitude? The Wonder Woman POISE, the confidence. Where is the ACTION? The superPOWERS? Couldn't we have at least seen her FLY or something?

There have to be much more interesting ways to titilate--and I use that word with respect--with the superheroine concept. We as a group could probably think of dozens of them. Why not go all out and have her fight crime naked--and acting every bit in superhero mode all the while. Of course it's totally ridiculous, but so is Playboy.

At least it didn't go the "peril" route.

I don't knock Playboy that much. They at least helped make nudity and sexy scantily clad women more acceptable in the prudish old US of A.
