I made it in Photoshop. Nothing too complex. Just took a superhero body model, put Lois Griffin's head on it, and added the correct color and features. I was actually inspired by another FG episode where they spoofed the 'Superfriends' show opening and Lois was Wonder Woman.

That clip was barely on topic, but the "hahahaha I'm Gene Shalit now" part made it worth my time. Thx for posting!
