It's from a 90s tv show titled Click: the Body Beatiful or something like that.

It's an episode from 1997 from the "Click" tv-serie called "The Body Beautiful", was released in DVD with "The Ultimate Attraction" title

The girl of the video is the notorious Gabriella Hall =)
