Can anyone id this superbreath clip?

Was going through older stuff on my PC today and found this short clip I saved years ago. Anyone know where it's from and where I can find a higher quality version? 

Also, now that I posted, I noticed that the clip can't be viewed in the post. Anyone know how to fix that? In the mean time, you can just click the link to download it. It's only 272 kb.

I've run across the occasional pic or short clip like this from SKW over the years, but they never impressed me enough to go look through their site. I only have so much time and money to spend on this stuff, and there are just too many other sites that did a better job of grabbing my attention. But now that you pointed me to their site, and I've searched their superheroine stuff, I'm noticing about a dozen videos that look familiar, but I just didn't realize their source. So I guess I like more of their stuff than I realized.

Didn't realize that the forum couldn't display flv videos. I think the program I used to save vids from YouTube 10 years ago always saved them in that format. Newer stuff is usually mp4.

Next question: Given that this video on SleeperKidsWorld is 10 years old, would buying it actually be better resolution than this clip? Or was it all just bad vid quality back then, because that was the best you could expect in 2011 when it was made? Now that I've looked through, there are a fewer of their older vids I might consider buying, but I don't want to spend $30 on the older stuff if their best resolution is only 480p.
