'Ok; so Harry's supercharged wand has given me what I asked for, a Super Pair of big boobs and has made me Super Pretty. One wish to go... I wonder what other Super Power to go for?'

LOL. And I thought this was going to be about the comic Geek Girl. It's a comic where a girl wins a pair of glasses in a strip poker session that gives her super strength, flight, and super-klutziness.

She is 'Stephanieoh' on Twitter.
A couple of other shots from this scene.
'Awww.....I'm Sorry Harry, did I just steal all your cane's superpowers?' as she glanced up; pretending to look a little upset.

While Hermione hadn't initially meant to exhaust all of the power in Harry's wand when she first borrowed it from her friend’s nightstand, she couldn’t deny that the results had been beyond even her expectations. The cosmetic charms had each been boosted several thousand times by the overcharged wand, to the point where she was confident that no one would ever be able to challenge her title of ‘hottest girl on campus’, but the real surprise was the result of the final spell she cast.
Counify was a spell that not even the most accomplished witches and wizards had dared cast it. After all, the idea of shifting the focus of magic from one’s wand to their own body would be something that would require unfathomable durability and near-suicidal confidence in one’s own skills. Thankfully for Hermione she had both, and when she finished the spell she found herself brimming with every ounce of energy that her friend’s supercharged Phoenix Wand could offer. Unfortunately for Harry, that also left the wand as a worthless stick, which was swiftly (and accidentally) broken between Hermione’s newly-super-strong fingers.
What followed was known by many as a tonal shift in the wizarding world. Now the most powerful Witch in the known world by a wide margin, Hermione was quickly declared to be the guardian of all wizards and witches, a role for which she was lavished affection and rewards. However, there were some who were still discontent with her status, believing that a mudblood of all people was being given such a prestigious position, not to mention the fact that she single-handedly put scores of wizard police and the entire Auror corps out of a job just by existing. No one, even the dregs of the long-ago-defeated Death Eaters, wanted to risk committing a crime when the terrifyingly-powerful young woman would use all the power at her disposal to end the schemes of evil wizards and witches no matter where they may be.
That is, until those conspiring against her made their move. During a visit to Hogwarts, a small army of dark wizards assaulted her while a crowd of young women watched onward. Usually she would have used her traditional magic against these villains, but a strange energy field had disabled her ability to do so. And so the students of Hogwarts discovered the rest of Hermione’s powers in a spectacular display.
What happened next is the source of many rumors, but most say that her strength was so immense that she destroyed an entire wing of Hogwarts in the fight. Punches on order of thousands of tons rained down upon wizards who believed their steel-like defensive shields could hold, but ultimately proved insufficient. Stone splintered and powdered instantly under her slim, dainty fists and the ground itself trembled under her every step as the formerly-bookish young woman revealed exactly how strong she was. After the devastation however, she realized her true calling.
At her request, Hogwarts opened a new division, the Granger School For Practical Application of Magic , which focused on replicating her transformation to a lesser degree with other girls. Those who were the smartest, most accomplished young women could try and be accepted, trading temporary interaction with all but their fellow classmates for power beyond measure. Through this school, England became the first and only name in wizarding. The Quiddich World Cup and Triwizard Tournaments were dominated by Hermione’s Heroines to the point where they began to become banned from competitions entirely.
Either way, it was clear, Harry’s momentary lapse in security of his wand had changed the world forever, and there was no going back.
Hermione sets down her notebook with a sigh, looking at the words on the page, “If only…” She whispers to herself before turning to the side, noting with a hint of surprise that Harry had left his wand on the table and, just like always, it was glowing with an almost-inviting power.
