STEAMPUNK SUPERGIRL

Last night Cosplayer/ Artist and my friend AZ Powergirl Cara Nicole went live on twitch.tv and worked coloring an original commission piece of art I had artist Rock Baker draw and inker Scott Shriver embellish. The art features Bill Black's creation Stormy Tempest, who I have written stories for, my creation Officer W the Interdimensional Cop and Rock's creation Betsy the Bookwriter with her over active imagination. She worked and interacted with fans live for FOUR hours! I was blown away watching her work. All throughout the evening Cara went on about how "cute" the women looked and how this piece was done in a "classic" style. Follow AZ Powergirl on twitch.tv and watch her work.

AZ Powergirl Cara Nicole was on twitch.tv again yesterday working again on my Stormy Tempest commission. This time she went FIVE hours coloring and interacting with fans. She tells some great stories about her cosplay and regular life.

Has Cara ever talked about why she doesn't do acting? Whether SHIP videos, or fan films, or whatever. The only full video I've ever seen her do (which I have) is one she did as a villainess for Project Superwoman where she had a very strong on-screen presence..and I think she also did a short promotional vid for an AZ comic book store. She was supposed to do a second vid for Project Superwoman (as Power Girl) but that never came out.

Yes! She can act - and did - probably does too. She was great to work with. Alfred is also fantastic. I got to film in Phoenix for one and a half days back in 2013 and it took me *forever* to get the two shorts that came from that made. I bit off a lot. It was a fun weekend. I think there was a thread here about the update, and she posted about the video on Facebook however, I think with the ProjectSuperWoman page being in a lull until the recent redesign and new content a lot of people missed the classic Power Girl video release we did with AZ PG.

The short has a ton of superbreath, heat vision, and a super lift/car carry I was proud of. It was my first real attempt to include substantive 3D models and I struggled (it look forever) but it was worth it because I better understand how to manage it all.
