Hello all,
I've been inactive as a contributor for some time, mainly for personal reasons. I am now going through a divorce, which is rough, but gives me the chance to finish the story of Rowe and Brennan. Would this be of interest to anyone. I know it has been a long time, and I do apologise for my negligence.

Absolutely would be interested in reading. Especially if Brennan gets a shot at enhancement and it becomes a real competition between Rowe and someone who would use her power less altruistically...
Glad you are back.

I'm not sure how altruistic Rowe will be in time...

As long as it's dark and a tale of someone using power selfishly, I'm happy. For some reason, I find that theme endlessly comex and fascinating.
If your plan is for Rowe alone to have the nanobots, that's fine; but competition is a useful story device for suspense and plot advancement. Not that you need advice from me; but I am fascinated by Brennan's character and I guess I would like to see how she would react to a power boost, or even the prospect of one.

It's funny, but in my original concept it was all about Rowe, and Brennan didn't exist. But then I realised the pace for this genre was too slow relying solely on Rowe, so I created the superiors to provide an immediate superhuman presence. My plan now is that both Brennan and Rowe will get much stronger, but in different ways...

Dawn of a New Age is an absolute classic.
I personally like Rowe. She is well drawn and not simply power mad. Yes, power corrupts, but in many stories in this genre it corrupts unrealistically.
People do not simply not kill other people because they will be punished. Even in the United States, which is pretty well police heavy, forty percent of murders are never solved and even less lead to a conviction. www.vox.com/2018/9/24/17896034/murder-cr...clearance-fbi-report People don't kill other people at random because it is a universal wrong.
So, I like Rowe worrying about her friends. But whatever you do with the story will be great. I just want to defend good girls or better yet sort of realistically motivated supergirls.
Anyhow, it is a great story and the good-bad tension is something you have done a great job with so far. I truly have no idea where you are going. I could see it plausibly breaking three or four different directions and that is great!

Thanks for that, I'm glad the storyline of dawn of a new age was enjoyed. As it stands, my plan is to do about 10 episodes of a common weakness, then return to Dawn of a new age.
