Marvel Studios' Captain Marvel | Special Film Clip

Passed on the clip.
I am in Captain Marvel lockdown right now.
I scroll past anything remotely concerned with the movie for fear of spoilers.
I am really excited to see this and what they have done.

Same.  Appreciate the post, but have skipped all things CM for a couple months now

This last clip made me wonder if she has enhanced physical strength. When it came to raw muscle power, she doesn’t seem superhuman in this clip. Dangling nearly helplessly off the side of the train and all. When she tore a hole in the top of the car, she used her energy blast. Only her binary powers (energy prjoection) seem superhuman. 

I’m also wondering if she also has invulnerability without her suit. Maybe her energy powers are also linked to her suit.

If that’s true, then this will be a major bummer for me.  It would make her more Ironman than Supergirl. I was hoping for at least Asgardian strength levels like Sif and Thor.

But given this is Marvel, that might make sense. Suits and gadgets are their thing.

The original Ms Marvel in the comics was superstrong without gadgets, until Rogue stole her strength and invulnerability. Apparently she is not getting those back in the movie.

I have the same fear, disappointed just one second after I saw last trailer...

I don't think this clip has been posted before.    It's  the only one 0:29 length   

I heard a rumor that could explain that. I read somewhere that the Kree may have nerfed her real powers in order to control her and not let her be too powerful. She finds this out later in the film and that’s when we see her go binary.  Makes sense. We never see her fly while wearing the green suit.

When she goes maniac and all sparkling she reminds me a lot of dark Phoenix. Am I the only one? 

I'm surprised no-one has mentioned this video of Brie pushing a car uphill. Or of her pushing the planet depending on how you look at it!
