Haven't watched the full trailer, but I saw something about this movie a month or two ago. It showed the villain will be an actual hot chick, so I may check it out, just for that. But only because it's going to be on Netflix, which I already have. From what I've seen/heard so far, I wouldn't pay any additional money to see it.

She’s not that hot either, this is a woke superheroine movie, two obese chics and I sci Fi reject. Sorry but I’m a fan of a reasonably hot chick with powers, not somebody’s two obese demented aunts.

I agree with paulsamiga. I understand people have different preferences but some comments have been a bit harsh imo. I will watch it. If nothing else I will probably get a laugh out of it.
Side note I have seen other movies with super powered women who have slim body but total turn off because of crappy costume or story etc. Eg Faiora was a real disappointment compared to original ursa.
I also dislike it when the woman is not humanoid eg she Hulk in the green colour is not quite my cup of tea either.

It's funny to be in the halo around a unusually attractive woman. Probably like flares for distracting an incoming missile. Ordinary people can become almost invisible.
Superpowered individual of average appearance may have a better attitude.
Superpowered individual that was always attractive might be used to getting lots of attention.
If superstrength was proportional to female beauty it could reverse the woke movement. There might be an mix of fear and attraction like the captain in "Dawn of a New Age"

I just wanted to say that my dislike of the trailer is not due to the plus-size actresses but not he fact that I don't think that Melissa McCarthy is all that good an actress, there are plenty of other actresses who could have been better who are plus size.
We need to remember that we need to have comments based on the actor's ability for a role not their looks. Let's keep it respectful.

Honestly, the only acting I've ever seen her do was playing Sean Spicer on SNL. I thought she did pretty good with that, but I'm just not familiar enough with her more "normal" work to judge.
