Superheroine Reality TV was created by lfan
Any hopes for it cause it looks like everything genre-related (as well as non genre-related) are pretty much shut down for the year as a lot of the the major network studios (20th Century Fox Television, CBS Paramount Network Television, NBC Universal and Warner Bros. Television) went on the offensive with the WGA and cancelled most ongoing production and development contracts with the writers, most likely signalling the "end of the 2007-08 TV Season"
Meaning.... looks like Smallville will end in a few episodes, everything that has run out of episodes (e.g. Bionic Woman, Heroes, etc) are done, and stuff just starting (Sarah Connor Chronicles) is on borrowed time. Also probably in extended limbo (or now dead) are any promising sci-fi series that were set for scripting and pilot. This included some uber-possbilities over at the Sci-Fi channel...
Probably is the death knoll for the Bionic Woman now along with possibly Smallville whose Season 8 was on the fence anyways....
The words you'll hear most every night now? "Deal? Or no deal?"
Pity.

Would have to look it up again, but if memory serves, one was "Tomorrow's Child". The other was an "Incredibles-esque" type of show featuring a family of superheroes....cannot remember any of the others, if there were more.

Wasn't it reported that SCiFi was in talks with Alan Ball to develop a series about four convicted criminals given superpowers though experiments (bionics?) and forced to work for the government?

Dunno...hadn't heard about that one, but sounds cool -- kinda like DC's "Suicide Squad"
Post more info about it, if you find anything else out...
