True. And seeing her in her iconic outfit again, really makes you wonder what the heck DC was thinking...
2nd season of The Avengers should start this month. They said it was going to start in october but I guess it was delayed.

Avengers isn't starting until early 2012. They're holding it off to run with with the new Spiderman show.
And don't expect more than quick cameos of WW for Young Justice season 1. They weren't allowed to use her or any related characters until recently after the scripting and recording was done, so they only threw her in in animation in scenes where no dialogue was going on. Also why there's no Wonder Girl.
That's been cleared though so she or Wonder Girl might be featured more in season 2.
And don't expect more than quick cameos of WW for Young Justice season 1. They weren't allowed to use her or any related characters until recently after the scripting and recording was done, so they only threw her in in animation in scenes where no dialogue was going on. Also why there's no Wonder Girl.

I'm really hoping that with YJ season 2 they will expand the cast, so far there are at least 3 characters to fill the seven seat: Red Arrow, Zatanna and Wonder Girl.

Wonder Woman appeared in episode 22. And she actually got to speak finally (must have been written after the WW nonsense was cleared up), and had quite alot of lines. She Hawkwoman and Black Canary even mentioned they wanted more female members in the league.
She didn't fight though. Nobody really did, JL or YJ except Superboy for like 30 seconds. It was a plot heavy talking episode.

Just saw the preview for season 2. And guess who will be joining the team? Wonder Girl. Cassandra Sandsmark in animation for the very first time.
Oh, and Rocket also randomly joined the team during the finale (seriously, she was just there at the beginning of the ep on the team). She's got some flight and strength powers although they aren't inherent.
