If I recall correctly, the only interesting super strength time is between 55:15-56:45. I can't recall any other super strength parts.

I've always thought this was a stand-alone movie direct-for-TV and not a pilot for a serie ?

Anyway, quite useless show IMHO ... a lot of wasted potential.

It was a backdoor pilot. Fox just never picked it up.

As someone who watched 90s fox soap operas, and supehero movies this was fun. Though i doubt there was a specific link, this new world production does kind of feel like a link from older 80s marvel superhero movies that where pretty silly though not intended to be and had no budget, and modern marvels movies that are intended to be pretty silly and have huge budgets.

A couple of fun performances(mostly from the adults), the art direction is kind of neat. The script doesn't have a lot of direction, but it also doesn't have to much self seriousness either Yeah not a lot of actual super stuff(and less super girl stuff) but it does have a charm to it.

When i see Supergirl videos around here-this could be a model of something to do.

At 22:10 the dark haired girl brags about how perfect her superhuman body is.

There is also the character Arlee/"Buff" (blonde hair girl). She does not like her body but she is said to be able to run 60 mph and to to be superstrong. Of course never shown :(

There are two quick pics where they kind of show she is muscular. One right at the very end (in new costume) and once in the middle when she is in a changing room. I can try and find these if anyone interested and cannot locate them.

You can find her changing room scene at the 35 minute mark in the video. I had heard that the muscular back shown was that of a male stand-in. Not sure if that was true or not.

I never understand that, given there are some ridiculous sexy (and still feminine) female bodybuilding/fitness models.
