A bit of a departure from the normal Super Gail "story line" continuity. . .



Gail stood outside a Seoul gymnasium, basketball in hand. The world was eager to hear of her plans for single handedly competing in America's Final Four Tournament. Even with all her power, many doubted her chances. After all, reporters theorized, superhuman strength would be somewhat meaningless if she continually roughed up the boys, and fouled out of the game.

In response to their skepticism, the uber Korean, nonchalantly flung the ball over her shoulder. Incalculable strength propelled the orange sphere soaring over the Pacific, and across the USA. Traveling 7000 miles in 22 seconds, the ball crashed through Washington D.C.'s Verizon Center...and into the waiting net.

Super-hearing allowed Gail to register the net swish, indicating a perfect shot.

"I believe that's good for 3 points" she purred.

Good to see you back writing Gail. Should do a vignette for every sport Gail wants to compete single handedly in.
