I never imagined a Super Jlo - but it works!

Just more proof that if you work out hard, every day, and you start young and keep it up, you can look pretty amazing in your 50's. 

Of course, if I was getting paid millions for every job, and every job was determined by how good I looked, then working out would also be priority one. 

Still, the amount of hours she must have put in are staggering. And the total amount lifted over all that time?  Thousands of tons? 

She looks like a superheroine SHOULD look, at least in my book.

Just want to chime in and say that MangaPym is a great guy and easy to work with.  I've not commissionied him in a few years (as I haven't been commissioning).  He was the second artist I commissioned off Deviant Art.

Like a Velorian, she ages a lot slower and looks a lot better than any human.

What's interesting about all the observations of celebrities who don't age is that we are seeing the third-wave of "young forever", and it's very close to a lot of stories in the SWM library,


Anti-aging has gone through three phases:

Phase 1:  Plastic surgery

Phase 2: Supplements, vegan diets and ridiculous amounts of coached and crafted exercise

Phase 3:  Hormone replacement injections. This is where we are now, and its a form of extracting "youth" from the young.. Basically, extracting and concentrating hormones from the young to sell for large sums to the aging.   

Sounds nutty, like bad SF, but it's real. 

It's also a real industry... and a very expensive one. With Human Growth Hormones, DHEA, etc. etc, people are either stopping or reversing the aging process. And, of course, it may turn out to have some downsides over time. But it does explain why we are seeing more and more celebrities who look 20 or 30 years younger than they are. They are literally pumped full of youthful hormones.

I think it's fascinating when crazy ass fantasy concepts begin to turn into reality, at least for the very wealthy. 

Who knows where this will wind up. Maybe the celebrities all get cancer from it. Or maybe they keep getting stronger and better.
