I've bought a pack twice, had the download crash both times, immediately sent reports to Support both times, and heard back exactly never. It's a only a couple of bucks, so I'm not particularly pissed, but it's put me off buying anything else from them.

Well the site owner (TShirt3D) has an account here, you could try sending him a pm. I also contacted support once to share my opinion on the site and never received a reply.
Anyway, if your download crashed but payment was processed you should have received a link via email to download it again. Unless you mean that the download always crashes.

I like HE and I've purchased quite a few packs from them. I've complained about the boobs before, but it seems that's what's most popular for them. I just wanted to mention that I wish the flying poses looked more graceful. A lot of them are just really bizarre looking - they look like they're in between a step, or just have one leg really strangely flayed out. I know since she's flying, she can do whatever she wants, but it still bugs me.

There's one picture in the pack where she's holding onto a stripper pole and and lying on her side; what a wasted opportunity! Remove the pole and I would LOVE that hovering image.

Have to agree that the flying poses can be rather odd at times.

Jim Tshirt is running it.

Yes, like Sarge said, JT runs it.  Back when Jess was involved, Heather Effect did lots of comics.  But the comics took much more effort than the picture packs.  With Jess now doing her own thing, I believe JT has limited the business just to the occassional picture packs.

This pack looks amazing! Is it worth buying due to super strength feats?  Hope she will bend that pole!

Comics required more effort and most importantly a script. I think Jess had always been the writer so when only the artist's left you don't get stories anymore. 

Also, JT is doing zero advertising and that's a pity. The site is living off those who already knew it before Jess left and I think sales figures are so low JT is doing the picture packs more for his own enjoyment than to run a business, that's why he only makes 4 or less per year. 

Lol T-shirt has just released two packs in a day. He hasn't been doing that since 4 years at least. I hope he's reading this topic and doing his best to prove me wrong about release dates.
