What would you like to see? (Wicked City Girls)
After a long absence, I know I'm late to this discussion, but since it gives us the opportunity to say what we want to see in Wiked City Girls, I suggest for my part more female Super strength.
This will seem very simplem aybe classic for what I've read (and understand) in this discussion.
But for me and many of us, Super strength and Invulnerability remain the main power of a Supergirl.
And when I mean Super strength, I would like to see car lifting or kind of stuff. I think special video effects are becoming better of what I saw.
Thank you very much for considering my request.

Maybe someone like Alyssa Loughran. Her Power Girl Cosplay is fantastic: www.comicbookmovie.com/fansites/nailbiter111/news/?a=92995
She's at least done a short film: (directed by the guy who took the power girl photos).
But she's in fantastic shape, and really does look the part.

I personally, would like to see a little more sexuality. Nothing overt, no nudity, just a tease or tantalize here or there. For instance, when they were shooting Charlie in Silencer: Jockpot, some bullet holes or tears in her clothes to show a little skin would have been nice to see. Again, not looking for porn, just a peek.
You get better with each video, and I assume the effects will, too. Some effects I'd like to see: super speed punching or fighting, collateral damage from use of power, and more creative use of powers. For the last, things like super voice, seeing things in slow motion, completing common tasks at super speed, and some more gratuitous showing off.
I'd also like to reiterate a bionic woman and a costumed superheroine would be amazing!
Keep up the great work, and I'll keep buying!

In this episode I really liked the big burly guy punching her, getting his hand beaten/bloody from his punches while having no affect on her. Nice touch.
I do wish that there was more variety in how she dispatched people. There was an awful lot of neck/spine snapping to kill people. I'd think Charlie would like to mix things up. Though it's probably far easier to film the kills that way.
I really don't need to see too much gore -- so I didn't mind her not forcing the guy to blow his own brains out. OTH a bit of it now and then is good. At some point I think I want to see her annoyed, so she takes out a room of 10+ people in an instant, they all just drop dead (hole in chest, missing head, ribs caved in/sounds of necks snapping). Leaving the one she wants to talk to. Normally she likes to play a bit, but I think i'd like to see her or one of the others just go "Killing all these guys so I can move onto what I REALLY want to get too". Though part of the point is that they don't NEED to hurry.
And if word spreads, I expect someone to take Charlie up on her offer, and just run away. Though I also suspect that she'll dispatch everyone, and watch the guy with X-Ray vision. And then a little Marvel-like post-show bit, she shows up where he's hiding and says "I didn't say I wouldn't kill you later." *snap*.
I was sort of waiting for her to rip off the guys middle fingers....or at least burn them off.
I do like how the story is moving along, and Charlie is learning more about what is going on. And I like that the production levels seem to keep getting better. I'll likely be in for the next one too.

Really don't have much more to add that Twice on Thursday hasn't already said. Production values and quality were already high in the past but are getting better every new video.
Would like to see a little telekinesis again or heat vision but otherwise another outstanding video

This is something i have been thinking ever since watching Lazerus Effect( a movie i wrote a review about that i may get around to posting: not great, not horrible). One of the big thoughts i came out of it was -well if Jess made this it would be better. Conceptually if felt a bit like a jess movie with a bigger budget(except well not that bigger a budget). Which got me thinking:
Have you ever thought about just doing a Low Budget horror movie.
I hope its not an insult to say that your stuff kind of play as horror movies for the most part-the beats tend to be a touch diffrent but thats the basic effect. These girls. There evil and they want to destroy the. oh no there behind me. They are all about an allpowerful character as she destroys those around her well...like well...
There are markets for low budget horror movies and i would be willing to bet that all said and done there are plenty of feature length horror movies that have the budget for a couple of your episodes. f. You can say when i want to do a superhero movie thats stupid becuse you spend a 100 million on those...but well People routinely shoot horror movies that get some distribution for pretty cheep.
your stuff is better then stuff i have seen in this realm. You don't skimp on the production values, and ambition- you know how to write act and produce pretty competently. i could see something from you really kind of working as well a feature movie, where you get a chance to explore your heroines and maybe the people they kill a bit more. Its kind of a logical extension. And it does go to the fact there is a much wider audience who will buy a 90 minute movie then a 15 minute short.
Well thought i would make the suggestion.

We've noticed through our social media following that we are picking up quite a few horror fans, mostly due to our characters being unstoppable killing machines!
While it's vital for Wicked City Girls to start appealing to a wider audience, our genre is in conflict with the horror crowd. They obviously want stuff that's scary and shows lots of blood and guts; we're not interested in that.
We're constantly talking about doing something feature-length; it's risky to say the least.
First and foremost, there simply aren't enough Superheroine fans out there to cover the cost; which is why we need to start branching out. I think that's the biggest mistake every producer in this genre makes; they grossly overestimate just how many genre fans are really out there. Our goal is to produce content that the Superheroine fan base will be happy with, but at the same time isn't so "esoteric" that nobody else will "get" what we're doing. (We can't expect to make any money off of a movie about a girl in a Supergirl Halloween costume bending a rubber gun for 2 hours)
Right now we have a couple of 100 page scripts that we'd love to produce, we'll just need to make damn sure we're not throwing our money away!

Well horror fans don't necessarily want anything universal. There are dozens of sub Genres from Vampires, to Slash Movies, to SAW. All have there place. Not all of them want to drown in blood. All of them play a bit for diffrent levels of scares and diffrent kinds. I mean you have said stuff like the terminator is an influence of yours-and that is bascially a horror movie.
And I would argue that there isn't necessarily that big a difference between action stuff and horror. I mean Rambo kills a lot more people then Freddy-its context and how its presented-and well yeah thats often how your videos work.
Your characters are pretty wicked and evil.. most of your characters come across as heroines almost in the same sense... as well Jason is a hero of the friday the 13th movie. Hes an unstoppable monster, but since he tends to be the most pure character in the movie you kinda root for him( Particularly in the latter ones they go for making him a kind of a working class zombie just going about his zombie business). They are superheroines in the sense they have superpower, and are the main protaginists-but well your characters don't rescue kitties either. Yeah you don't do the supergirl costumes and bend steel-but theirs more then that to a supergirl story.
I think the question is: There enough people intrested in a movie where a woman bends steel for a 100 minutes-probably no. But that's not what you really do either.
Is there people interested in an onstoppable foce breaking peoples necks and generally destroying? Well there's plenty of movies like that, and i think you would be good at it.
