Hunger Games star tops poll of Most Desirable Women
From the New York Post:
<<More than one million readers voted for the yearly list of beauties on the
men's Web site [AskMen], now in its twelfth year. Readers were asked to decide
whether they would date each of the women based on factors other than physical
beauty.
[Lawrence] has had a banner year with leading roles in both "Silver Linings
Playbook" and "The Hunger Games."
Men are perhaps attracted to strong independent women like Lawrence, who was
nominated for an Oscar for 2010's "Winter's Bone." Claire Danes who earned an
Emmy this year for her standout role on the TV drama "Homeland" earned a
first-time spot on the list at No. 20. Marissa Mayer, President and CEO of
Yahoo!, makes the list at No. 59 and First Lady Michelle Obama ranks in at No.
33.
Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian's desirability is fading. Kanye West's girlfriend has
dropped from No. 8 in 2011 to nearly being taken off the list completely at No.
98 this year.>>
Maybe we're ahead of the curve...

Jennifer plays a terrific heroine, she's got heroic written all over her, enough that I tweaked a few images of her recently to push her up into superheroine territory.
She'd makes a great Supergirl/Kara Zor El, or if Hollywood is too blind, she can be a Velorian any day.

"Kim Kardashian's desirability is fading." *Applause From Random*
Thanks for posting this Brantley - I actually had no idea she went around as a blonde when not doing the Hunger Games look. I watched the first movie - which encouraged me to read the books but I've not followed anything beyond that.
I agree with you Shadar she would make for a great SG and she was a solid actor in Hunger Games pulling off a heroic attitude role. I just hope some of the self-doubting in the books (especially #3) isn't overblown in the movies.

Jennifer Lawrence is one of my movie crushes. She could make a good superheroine, SG or otherwise.
