Looking for a story!

I remember vaguely I read this one story. It featured 2 sisters, sort of a sibling rivalry, one was very gorgeous, popular, had everything she wanted, etc. But most of all, her boyfriend was the worlds super hero. While the other sister was just normal, super boring and super jealous of her much better sister, and one night her boyfriend came over, and she discovers that he gave the hotter sister super powers.

But I cannot for the life of me remember where I've read this, any ideas?
