What's happening is that this stuff is illegal and can't operate out in the open like that. This stuff is usually traded on peer-to-peer networks.

The timing of both sites going down within the same few weeks looks like that consortium of publishers tossed a wide net for their crack down

However I'm still wondering (seeing as I don't collect comics) how DC and Marvel lose money on older than year old comics, which have already been bought and not for sale anymore, being given out for money or for free. Do they have a system you can back order issues?

Some Femforce comics looks very interesting, I really like the way Superwomen characters are drawed. But their price is very expensive for old comics that do not sell anymore. So, where could I only read (not especially download) from the number 75 to the end ?

Both site commited the same mistake. Both forgot to stay out of the radar. Being sincere, I dl my comics from some sites, both doesn't advertise, post the dl links at several sources and they usually get the support from DCP and Minutemen scan networks. Btw both HTMLcomics and Comicworld got their originals from both scan groups and never told who did the job. I mean, all the scans has some signature, like Dizzy, Yellowkid among others.
