Puerto Rican Superhero "La Borinqueña" was created by Gargamel

The first comic was published in December 2016 already but I haven't seen anything about it here. I haven't read it so can't comment on the quality. It's about a University Student who gets granted Superpowers (Strength, flight, control of the storms) in order to protect Puerto Rico. www.goodreads.com/book/show/33788713-la-borinque-a-1
