Damn it ~ that was a duplicate.
How about "Snowbird" Marvel Comics...
Random I'm sorry to tell you, but as far as i remember Snowbird don't have superstrength, and so she don't match the rules of the topic. Unless you consider the power to morph in creatures stronger than her a form of superstrength.
My entry.

I'm surprised nobody has added this character to the list:

April Fool!
OK, seriously --
Shanna the She-Devil (Marvel)

The original version of this character was "merely" a superb athlete; Frank Cho's Shanna possesses superhuman strength and agility.

Ursa, yes, that Ursa, has made her debut in regular DC comics continuity in Action Comics Annual # 10, which, I believe, qualifies her for this list. You can read more about her at dcdatabase.wikia.com/Ursa

Well, I've stood back as long as I've can and have not said a word because someone told me only 'uber' girls were allowed to be posted. To me, any woman who dawns a costume and has a secret ID is a superheroine, whether they can lift 50 tons or uses her deadly martial arts to clean up the criminal trash! But, is not my post, so, I'll obide by the rules, and be a good guy.
So, here are MY Super Ubers for the night. >

Maybe not literally super-strong, but she can create holograms that can hold just about anything, thus simulating super-strength. Does that count?

Andromeda (Marvel Comics)
Homo mermanus is what they called her kind. Superhuman strength and durability, ability to breathe underwater.
I prefer the DC comics one.

Can anybody identify this comic or heroine for me? Appeared in a single (probably first) issue of an independent comic published very late in 1994 or early 1995. Probably in black and white, except possibly for the cover. I think the name of the comic, character, or publisher included the term lightning or thunder. The superpeople in this universe were rated on a scale of 1 to 10 for each of 10 powers, such as strength, invulnerbility, shapeshifting, speed, etc. The main heroine (?) was the only superperson who had a perfect 100 score. A team of superheroes was upset about the main heroine because she was slowly arresting (and/or killing?) all the other superheroes because the other superheroes were breaking the law. The superhero team tried to kill the main superheroine.

By the way, can anyone tell me if this line is continued? From what I can tell, their site hasn't had a real update for quite some time and living in Germany while lacking any interest in most comics does make it kind of hard to keep up to date.
