I think i liked this more then some of the people involved in the translation.
This had a good sence for the first half of existing in a world without a lot of continuity. i just liked how everyone involved seem legitmeatly shocked and suprised to see her and how does she exist at all, which is always kind of fun in comicbooks as it goes to the sence of actual awe and wonder in it more then a lot of hey "theres a superbattle at 3" type stories you often see particuarly in marvel. Even with her, that kind of worked and i liked how even she didn't seem to quite know what to do or respond to this.
That said yeah some of the kid stuff was a little silly, and yeah it could turn all into fan service pretty easily but The rommance stuff yeah felt a little generic but it wasn't horribly done

I decided to drop LJ since another group is doing it and Ch. 2 was basically nothing but another eye-rolling fanservice setpiece with no plot in sight. As much as I love supergirls, I equally hate shitty series that are basically "omg look she got caught naked AGAIN!!" x 3,000. At least the first chapter had the amusing baby/parent stuff.
As for Don't Meddle With My Daughter, another group is doing that. For anyone interested, it's supergirls only basically pornographic. Also, the stupid "OH NO DON'T TOUCH ME THERE, TENTACLES!!" shit that's essentially peril. Though if you're down for, say, a supervillain who gets serviced by three smiling lady minions as she sits coolly on her throne, you could certainly do worse! (That's my idea of an empowered lady!)

Well, clearly her costume isnt indestructible, which sadly only furthers my assumptions that most of the manga will be of her freaking out about being naked in public...which is what I was really hoping it wouldnt be all it is
