Been looking for a particular story for some time

Maybe you can help me, Years back I read a story on the web somewhere about a dude who could make anything he wished for real. He did so by saying what he wanted followed by "Make it so".

He also had a super powered girlfriend whom he had fantasied into reality. They go around in a city where he does enhance some girls a long the way.

I've been googling and searching on multiple story sites but it seems to have disappeared.

I would really like to read that (multi part) story again, anyone know where to find it or how it was called.

The reason I could not find it with google etc, the phrase is 'make it happen' not 'make it so' (ala star trek)
