OK...still sorting out this 'admin' thing, so apologies to Steelknight, CavemanNinjaJoe, and G7 who submitted these stories a while ago but sat dormant in the webmaster inbox. Sorry guys!

OK, for my sins here, they DESERVE some feedback on these. A really good crop of stories for the uber-lover in you, so read and comment please.

Thanks for the contributions, guys, and as a reminder, please send new stories to larafan22@yahoo.com in the interim, NOT the webmaster email address.

Thx

Good gravy! I don't know where to begin. Each story is better than the next. I must re read them all again and again.

These are all quite intersting stories in their own way.

The Experiment and Mathmatically Improbable are quinte intersting origin stories, my only complaint is that both unfinished, like they are the first chapter for something more.

The artifact is a nice, solid piece of work in quite classic style.

And the new Stupendous Girl instalment include some pretty interesting moments, I'm particulary liked the evolving dynamics between the two main characters and the thickening plot. By the way am I the only one that think that Iona is groving a little more nasty and bitchy with the passing of time?[/i]

Just read "Mathematically Improbably", and I really liked it. Looks like Jamie could be my kind of super woman!

Second part of MI is underway, and I'm polishing up The Experiment - part 2 right now. Hopefully they won't be too much longer.

Some damned good stories in this update. I love origin stories so "The Experiment", "Mathematically Improbable" and The Artifact are right up my alley. I certainly do look forward to part 2 of "The Experiment" and Mathematically Improbable".

Once again the newest Stupendous Girl is interesting, with unanswered questions posed. I don't know if Iona's getting more bitchy (I think she always was a bit bitchy), but she certainly isn't getting less, and she still isn't in complete control of her powers, though that's not surprising given how long it took Stupendous Girl to master the levels needed.

"The Artifact" -- Eighty billion times stronger than an ordinary human? Maybe this is the story that should have been called "Mathematically Improbable"! Liz's ever-increasing power, and the swath of destruction she leaves so casually in her wake, made for an enjoyably over-the-top reading experience.

Caveman Ninja Joe: A belated welcome to a talented newcomer. "The Experiment" reveals that you're adept at writing drama as well as comedy. Nicely handled point of view, as Alexis gathers the pieces of the puzzle and pushes her understanding further and further back. It made for a satisfying stand-alone story, though I hope you continue Alexis' quest. "Mathematically Improbable" was fun, but I wish Jamie's grievance against her professor had been treated in more detail. My impression is that the professor's assessment of Jamie's situation was fair, and that Jamie is being immature and petulant, but you didn't give us much to go on. Oh, well -- I'm sure that will all come out in the next chapter. Looking forward to it!

"February Girl" -- I was a beta reader for this chapter, but I enjoyed the final version just as much as the original draft. Stupendous Girl started off as a one-note character, but as you've taken her through the calendar, her personality has become more nuanced, her back-story has become richer, and her supporting cast has been given more and more of the spotlight. You maintain a nice balance of comedy and action, and the interplay between SG and Randall is always entertaining. Here, we learn who the impostor is, but who's behind the deception, and why, are still unanswered. Can't wait to see what the intrepid duo will discover on Ceres!

Haha, that's true. I like stories with extreme levels of strength and didn't feeling like imposing an artificial limit on the character. Thanks to everyone for the feedback, I'll probably continue the story soon.
