A guide to the site was created by fats

hi all,

I’ve noticed that a number of posting errors and other mistakes are being made on the site and other features are not being used all together.

So I wondering if there is a demand for a guide on how to use the site to it's fullest.

Let me know below what you think of that idea.

Honestly I think a lot of the unused features can be turned off

I think that it would be useful at least to outline that those functions and options exist, so that users can make an informated choice about using them or not.

The areas that I was going to cover in the guide are:-

How to post on the forum, including how to include pics and other media content
How to submit a story including how to add pics and other media content
How to add friends to your profile
How to create your own personal Blog - new feature
How to use the search features
How to use the Instant messaging feature to send files to one another

Those are the broad strokes that I’m looking at doing, I’m also going to add new features to the site over the next few weeks and those will be added.

That's the main areas that i'm going to cover, if there is more you want covered then please let me know.

Hi fats...one thing I've noticed is the current users bar is stuck in the bottom right hand corner, and I can't scroll down to see who is online, apart from the top eight users...is there anyway of rectifying this?

Um, how do you put images in line in a forum post? I can attach them, and quoting other people who have done it I can see the attachment=blah# & /attachment commands they are using but I don't know how the upload it and get the image number to use in that command string.
