I just read this and I I really mourn the death of a legend. I hope they will find a good replacement, but I doubt that's possible.

Beat me to it, Anon....for all those not familiar with his work, he was a living legend in the animation community, especially for being a trailblazer for bringing minority superheroes to the forefront (e.g. Staic Shock).

Ironic that he passed on the day that his latest animated feature, All-Star Superman, was released. So tragic.... RIP, Dwayne!

Yes I saw this earlier today on my FB newsfeed from DC Comics. 49 is way too young. RIP.

RIP, and here goes another writer for GOD COMICS... Now he is going to pen something for Michael Turner to draw and under supervision of Will Eisner and Julius Schwarts as editors

Going ahead is the only one way to go to the future.

yes, and I'd also like to think Otto Binder (who, with Al Plastino, created Supergirl), and Dr. William Moulton Marston (creator of Wonder Woman) are working for GOD COMICS as well. They are probably looking down at us -- and at Hollywood in particular -- shaking their heads in disgust at the way their creations have been misused and underused.
