Has anyone read this book. The main character is a woman and her powers grow as see grows older?

I'll probably check it out later, atm my reading list is very full. I'm half way through GRRM's Clash of Kings, then I have Storm and feast before A Dance with Dragons.

Cool. I would love to dance with a dragon!
