Nephilim was created by Thefirstone
When people began to multiply on the face of the ground, and daughters were born to them, the sons of God saw that they were fair; and they took wives for themselves of all that they chose. Then the Lord said, "My spirit shall not abide in mortals forever, for they are flesh; their days shall be one hundred twenty years." The Nephilim were on the earth in those days—and also afterward—when the sons of God went in to the daughters of humans, who bore children to them. These were the heroes that were of old, warriors of renown.— Genesis 6:1–4, New Revised Standard Version
Essentially the Nephilim were angel-human hybrids, a number of whom were evil. Supposedly Noah’s flood was at least partially to get rid of them, but what if one survived? Considering that their angelic parents supposedly taught humans about things like science and advanced mathematics early, I could see one doing pretty well as an immortal Apocalypse-esque supervillainess. Also, I feel like Survivor would be a good name.
Essentially the Nephilim were angel-human hybrids, a number of whom were evil. Supposedly Noah’s flood was at least partially to get rid of them, but what if one survived? Considering that their angelic parents supposedly taught humans about things like science and advanced mathematics early, I could see one doing pretty well as an immortal Apocalypse-esque supervillainess. Any form of mythology is ripe for foundation stories for the kind of scientific fantasy -- SciFan -- that I like. But personally I lean toward the Norse who really knew how to create cool gods. Even the gods helpers were cool, ala the Valkyrie.
It seems that great imaginations seem to grow during hard winters and in empty, hostile terrain.
And who can say with certainty that the daughters of the Valkyrie don't yet live among us... a young woman who can go toe-to-toe with a main battle tank and leave it battered and bent and maybe upside down.

Usually, I really appreciate these ideas, but this one leaves me scratching my head. There is a lot to process and some of it boils down to how Abrahamic religions represent god. Even without taking into account the fact that using a major living religion as inspiration is often problematic, there is the problem of God being omnipotent and/or infallible (depending on how do you interpret it). This makes the idea of this character surviving both interesting and problematic. If she was evil in the eyes of God, how could she defy him and survive? Even if that was not the case and she turned evil over the millennia... well, how can she roam the world freely, if the Big One itself wants her out of the picture?
I think that finding an answer to this question is the key to create this character and make her work.
