For superwomen, another option for cooking: heating by the careful use of physical force.  Too much force too quickly results in a squishy mess or cloud of mist.    With the right touch heating inside the chicken will occur from the internal friction of shaking. and without over tenderizing . Possibly the superwoman could adjust their body temperature through controlled shaking to heat from their touch and produce crisping or browning.   They might also have heat vision.      With enough practice one could go grocery shopping and have it cooked on the way home through shaking.  A super version of the "shake and bake"  www.iflscience.com/physics/after-years-o...cken-by-slapping-it/
