Well it has had more updates in the last year than the bottom 6 websites listed. At least they are semi active. I think they are working on updates and I for one will give them the benefit of the doubt for now.

Might as well, the worst that will happen is that they will be at the bottom of the list for long periods of time.

I'd rather see just a list of links with some good descriptions. Many sites say they update daily but really don't aside from the comments sections. Mankillers for example shows an update when a new comment is posted.

Fix and update the links, scrap the dates. Maybe just put the date that the site was added.
