The Ascension

Hello guys,

even though I'm not a native English speaker, I managed to put together a 7500-word story that I'm very proud of.

Some of you might remember that I'm kind of an outsider on this board because even though I'm attracted to 'super women' and of course I like mainstream superheroines, my main fetish is (extremely) muscular women. I like to have their destructive strength coming from their bulging muscles rather than magic or birthrights. That's why I wouldn't want this story published in the SWM Library, it just wouldn't cater to most of this site's audience.

Still, I think this single topic wouldn't hurt anyone.

Mind that if you don't like extreme female muscle growth this story is definitely not for you.

It might be worth noting that in the final part of the story Mary ascends to full and complete godhood. The focus shifts from her muscles towards her cosmic powers, and I think that might be more interesting.

Thanks for posting it anyway. Definitely a sub-genre that I've gone back and forth on, some stories do it better than others. I've sort of compromised by writing about characters that change size/physique based on the situation.

Well I might not like extreme muscles, godlike strength and powers is something I'm definitely interested in.

I'm also glad this isn't about the terrible WWE tag team wrestlers. Thanks!

I have to say that your story The Artifact has been a very important source of inspiration because it's amazing how it thoroughly comveys a violent surge of growing power, as if the heroine is having sex with her own energy which in turn grows even more in rapid succession. I first wanted to go for that kind of story, but in the end I couldn't help but settle for a less dramatic development in order to indulge in all the descriptions of muscles I wanted. Still, the ending of the first chapter of The Artifact is something I always compare myself to.
