Wild and crazy horror movie from the land of volcanoes! The best is the last few minutes when she crushes some dude by bending steel bars around him...FANTASTIC!!!

Looks like an Indonesian vampire film. Did not watch the whole thing. However, the scene with her head floating around along with her lungs and intestines is the sign of a Penanggalan.

Thanks Willow for the information. I've been searching the net for more of these terrific horror movies from Indonesia and Malaysia. They have a fun and unique style of presenting blood and guts features. And many of the movies I have seen so far have super strong women in them which makes them even better.

LOL. The funny part is the only reason I even knew about that was thanks to an anthology book I picked up based on the old White Wolf Vampire RPG game. One of the better stories in the book was about a detective investigating a series of murders in Los Angeles done by a Penanggalan vampire.

Been a fan of anthologies for a long time as you can find some real gems. It was through an anthology book that I learned about George RR Martin and Game of Thrones with his Hedge Knight tale. If you want a fun recommendation, check out the Improbable Adventures of Sherlock Holmes. Only a few bad tales, but most are good or excellent ranging from normal mysteries with a supernatural bent to full-blown Sherlock Holmes meets Cthulhu.
