One thing i can say this about Jess.

She likes what she does- and i can certainly respect that. And that shows in her videos. I think she likes her videos. This could be a lie in order to sell a few videos online after spending years lurking in the background here, but i doubt it somehow. I don't think she is unique in wanting to do stuff like this-but she is in the sence and will in doing this.

And like any creative person to a degree has do what fans want (you would be suprised how much Anti Goverment Millita material i have to cut out my stories), i wouldn't want her to change that.

PS. Destroying a city is tricky-but devistation and destruction is also stuff you can get from Stock footage.

I agree on the point of SG or PG costumes and I feel it would certainly be far and away better if created their own costumed hero/ villain.

I haven't weighed in on this thread until now, given it was a bit chaotic and contentious.

I suspect if I was an aspiring video content developer, I'd have to conclude that there isn't an obvious "sweet spot" when it comes to people's wants. Also that there is no secret for commercial video success that can be gleaned from these comments. In the end, make what you find is exciting and hope you find an audience. Just like the rest of us who create content.

That said, I personally dislike killing and destruction as their own end, but a little of that is necessary to heighten plots and create suspense and challenges for the protagonist to overcome. In the end, powers used to help people rather than hurt them is the only thing truly interesting to me. Powers mostly of the SG type with enhanced sexuality, although only R to NC17 rating and not genre porn, which I truly dislike. In the end, a real story, with all the elements of a classic tale. The kind of story form that people have been using to tell each other whoppers, starting from the invention of language.

Somehow comics and other "short" forms of fiction have lost that formula, but successful "long form" fiction (novels and the better movies) always follow it. One has only to see a movie like Frozen to see the classic story concepts in play.

It can be a tale of redemption, or perhaps overcoming flaws and adversity, maybe the triumph of love over hate, goodness over evil. Sacrifice for the greater good. The struggle for survival against great evil. The kinds of things that have always fascinated people.

Any tale that involves some of those concepts, combined with SG type powers, will hook me every time. Take those away and it's just more noise to be filtered out and ignored, no matter how good the costumes or special effects. IMHO.

So now that the 3 'launch' video's are available, how long do you think it'll take you to release more awesomeness?

These films keep getting better and better, loved the opening scene, arguing over what powers Wonder Woman has, classic !! The special effects are great, the acting is superb, and the story has me wanting to know more about these characters. For me these films are the best thing to hit the net in a very long time. If you keep producing, I'll keep buying. Best $10 I've spent this year.

As i suspected...it keeps getting better and better $10 well spent, hope the episodes keep rolling of the production line :O)

(seeing as there was a question to this thread title)

I wouldn't mind seeing a female character gain powers and explore them and show them off, even humiliate a man or men in her life, maybe changing the dynamic of there relationship, perhaps the violent criminal king pin has a girlfriend that he treats like crap and always takes his frustrations out on and belittles in front of his men, one day the weak little women becomes quite the opposite, perhaps taking over the gang or operation thus creating a new king pin in town, only she wear high heeled boots....something along those lines anyway :O)

@Brantwood: I'm no longer involved in Heather Effect, so it's not my place to talk about what (if any) future the site has.
As far as what's next for Wicked City Girls, we'll be releasing another freebie next week that introduces a new lead character. All I'll say is that you guys are gonna LOVE this girl!
We have a total action-oriented episode planned for later this month because sometimes it just feels good to have a little mindless fun!
Parts 2 and 3 of the Nemesis Trilogy will be out early next year. (We've already filmed them!) They'll close out Callie's story, but don't worry, Sullivan will be back as a new character shortly thereafter because she's beyond awesome!
It's looking more and more like costumes may be in our girls' future, but you didn't hear that from me...

Is there going to be any of it? Superbreath's not on the powers-list of the characters sadly. I hope it'll be on there some day!

More super strength feats. The bar bending has all been done before and is getting stale, and poorly done. Rip open a safe, Crush a lock. outpull a bulldozer. Do something different!

I bought the 3rd video 'the silencer' and that was amazing. However, english is not my 1st language so if someone can explain to me in Pm or in spoiler mode what's the story, It will help me. Thanks.

I just bought silencer recently, it's real good to see girl power makers back in the fold again it's just to many peril heroines video out there and not enough girl power superwomen videos much anymore so its real good to start seeing ithem again, your silencer episode was superb from the acting to the special effects and editing was on point too, your actress who plays charlie is probably the best neck breaker out off all the girl power superwomen genre that I've seen and I've seen plenty too, those neck breaks that she performed were brutal and look like they. Hurt tremendously with the sound effects on so keep them coming, I hope we see more of the lex character too she very interesting just by the small appearance she had on screen but anyways keep up the good work your doing great!!

I want to write something about WGC (sorry for my english in advance):
1. thank you to Jess and her team, i buy every video some seconds after are available.., I'm a super fem world lover from many years (1994 !) and i feel this is a big opportunity to have "live-action" our passion; passion is what I see in all actrress-actors-producers and our community have also the privilege to can help with our ideas;
2. I like the dialogues, the musics, all what is around what do the actors, high level in my (not specialized) opinion....;
3. I have to say the actress al ALL great and beautiful but a bit higher is probably Renee (Silencer);
4. I love from my inside super strenght and invulnerability so I loved all bullet-proof scenes, especially the last with Diana ;
5. I see that the level is increasing along the road so this is exciting ! ;
6. in my opinion we all must help them in any kind of ways because this team can go to higher and higher level with passion-money-help and luck of course;
7. now i want to write something about special effects and I know very well 2 things: i'm not an expert - money, experts and time are necesary to realize more and more high level effects:
- there are still few scenes of super strenght (I mean heavy lifts and big destructions), mostly throatlifts: probably because there are many requests about throatlifts and Jess & Co like a lot it but the main reason i know that is because is difficult to do high level effects and personally I prefer few strenght scenes well done then poor level as in many other sites;
- about bullet-proof scenes I loved all (also the sound after the bullet fall ) except the fact that we see only flashs on the actress bodies and no holes in their dresses: I know that again that are necessary more money and gears to go to a next level but maybe something is possible also now, I donno...I think that more is realistic more is exciting .. ;
- about super strenght scenes maybe more is possible with cars, humvee, etc,...

I have many ideas about what to do more now and what to do in the future with more money to use but the only thing is important at the end of this post is to again thanks Jess & Co because a dream is in progress and my fear is that the momentum will decrease in the future so WE must all help them to keep high the motivation.

Hey Jess I would like to see you do a superpowers 101 type of videos with both charlie and sasha, like a assassin 101 with Charlie showing how to dispatch enemies properly & professional and a 101 with sasha revolving about her telekinesis power that would be great to do.

Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing feats of strength and power with bare legs and feet. Maybe like one of the "heroes" tries to catch one of the girls off guard at her home when she's comfortable.

I want more video with Charlie!
