So I have good news and bad news.
BAD NEWS:
I am having unforeseen problems with the special effects. I think I have more special effects in this movie than any other movie I have done previously, and I hired a guy to create the SFX and it isn't working out. I have a new guy starting on Monday but I seriously doubt whether the effects will be completed for a release on Wednesday. Therefore I am sad to say that I'm looking more likely for Wednesday 2nd May. Obviously I try and release sooner and on the original 25th April date, but I wanted to give you a heads up.

I'm so sorry, but the (new) dude doing the special effects hasn't got back to me, and I'm panicking because I am due to release this latest Superheroine movie tomorrow.
I'll keep updating you on the status, but I want to assure everyone that I am chasing him and fingers crossed he'll send me something this evening.

This topic has piqued my curiosity as I enjoyed your superheroine films from years ago, JonX, especially the ones with Sasha Cane and Danica Thrall (who both went on to Bluestone) being my favorites.
As someone who has been immersed in the production process for ten half-hour episodes of Heroineburgh so far, I have one bit of advice: it's always best to have the same person doing effects who is doing the editing - that way you can get everything done together. For example, my editor uses Adobe Premier for the editing, and the AfterFX program for effects, which interfaces with Premier. Just a suggestion. Hope everything comes together.
BTW, did you ever try RKlein from Flying Superheroes for your effects? He has done wonders with the likes of Christina Carter and Anastasia Pierce.

Hey guys, thanks for the patience... I just sent an email out explaining the continued delays (SFX guys letting me down), but that I have finally found someone, he is really good, and we are nearly there.
Hoping to release next week if all goes well. I won't promise a date, and instead say that an email with the details will be sent the minute the movie is available for download.
