Supergirl 4x18

The last four episodes of Supergirl have been the best this season and some of the best of the series so far.. Episode 18, while not quite as well written as the past 3 is in one regard, the best episode of the season yet.
Why is it so good? Three words: Super girl phyisicsl.action.A real fight with supervillan and lots of superstrength feats

I kinda agree with this given the clips I have seen on Youtube.  Love how she throws around prisoners.

It was nice to see her use her strength finally.   My favorite part, albeit short, is when she lifts the barbell with weights and bends it around Otis.   It was cool to see her throwing around the prisoners but you've gotta ask yourself......don't any of these guys watch the news in prison or heard anything by word of mouth?    Supergirl has super human strength and she could crush 100,000 prisoners easily with her bare hands LOL.   I guess the writers just wanted to ignore that fact :-P

Interesting comment. Yeah, it would be a lot more reasonable for them to have extreme concerns about confronting her physically, and so they'd find ways to work around that. Hostages are always great for that. Lex never had problems dealing with Superman. He accepted his base of powers as a given and had to find a way to defeat them without getting into a fist fight he was guaranteed to lose. 

But CW doesn't write stories at that depth, and frankly, stupid bad guys getting beat up by a cute girl is well established in the genre. It's like eating Nachos or ice cream... fun and tasty, but you wish you hadn't later. <grin>
