Energy Usage of Alien Civilizations

Some possible inspiration for science fiction.
Scientists have speculated that alien civilizations could be graded by their ability to harness energy.   Sufficiently advanced alien civiliizations might be detected by how much energy is radiated and might modify themselves with superpowers.  They could also create universes and rules of each like "laws of physics"
Kardashev proposes: A type I civilization is able to access all the energy available on its planet and store it for consumption. A type II civilization can directly consume the energy of a star. Finally, a type III civilization is able to capture all the energy emitted by its galaxy.
Ivanov: We propose a classification based on the abilities of  extraterrestrial civilizations (ETCs) to modify and integrate with their environments: Class 0 uses the environment as it is, Class 1 modifies the environment to fit its needs, Class 2 modifies itself to fit the environment, and a Class 3 ETC is fully integrated with the environment. Combined with the classical Kardashev scale, our scheme forms a two-dimensional method for interpreting ETC properties.

This isn't inspiration for science fiction. This IS science fiction. With zero evidence that it's ever occured in our reality, and no experiment that could be done to prove or disprove a prediction, it's only speculation. Some of which has already been used throughoout science fiction.

If superhumans could soak up solar energy, like Kryptonians and Daxanites, Velorian and Aurean Supremis, then there would be no need to build technology to capture the sun's rays. So that's a major omission in this speculation.
 

Another possibility is that alien scientists are entirely successful in creating an omnipotent superwomean.  The transformative process is so complete that the superwoman sees no need for the inferior insect species that subject them to superhuman levels of pain during transformation.  In its first moment of consciousness the source of pain is stopped by collapsing the universe into an ultradense plasma ball  that is part of the new ultimate superwoman.  getpocket.com/explore/item/there-used-to...source=pocket-newtab  
The initial experiments could have failed due to escape of the subject similar to the Species 1 and 2 movies.

With the help of a new supercomputer AI they have fed a description of the ultimate superwoman and it has created a recipe for the next experiment. www.quantamagazine.org/machine-scientist...source=pocket-newtab  An international consortium believes this will be the path to solving many of the worlds problems.  It takes years to construct the most powerful supercomputer ever to control the experiment.   Connections to combine the power grid of several nations.   Massive tunnels and equipment with superconducting magnets for the super duper collider and containment system - all focused on the chest of a anesthetized human female subject.  Can they create a magnetic containment field in her chest to contain fusion? Somehow the superwoman aspect is kept secret and the public believes it is just continuing research.
All this is just too advanced for humans to see as anything but magical.

Without doubt, she is the most beautiful from another civilization, and she certainly knows how to Harness Energy Usage!
