Well I’ve seen this episode and it defiantly has a large impact. This version of Kara is a complete newcomer to earth and spends of the episode being shown around by Jimmy, which is very cute. However the ending has some rather surprising revelations which I don’t think we have seen with supergirl before.

Kara beats the snot out of Clark, partly because he wasn’t fighting back much but also because she clearly has more experience with her powers and fighting using them.

I've yet to see the whole episode, but after seeing a number of pictures floating around the internet I have one question: why did Kara borrowed the shoulder pads of a character from Kill la Kill?

Yeah her civilian outfit is just Android 18 from DBZ, her armoured form reminds me of one of the Evas from Evangelion
